We inform you, as the data subject of the processing of your personal data (hereinafter “data subject” or also “data subject”), pursuant to Article 13 of EU Regulation No. 2016/679 (GDPR), that your data will be processed in the following manner and for the following purposes:

MODE OF PROCESSING

Data processing is carried out by means of the following operations: collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation or modification, extraction, consultation, use, communication by transmission, dissemination or any other form of making available, comparison or interconnection, restriction, deletion and destruction. The data are subject to both paper and electronic and/or automated processing.
The owner takes appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, modification or destruction of personal data.

 

LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING

The controller processes the data of the data subject if one of the following conditions exists:

  • In some jurisdictions, the controller may be allowed to process personal data without the need for the data subject’s consent or another of the legal bases specified below, as long as the data subject does not object to such processing. However, this does not apply if the processing of personal data is regulated by European data protection legislation.

PLACE OF PROCESSING

The data are processed and stored at the holder’s operational offices (on paper and/or electronic media) and in any other place where the parties involved in the processing are located (e.g. on servers located within the European Union).
The data subject has the right to obtain information regarding the legal basis for the transfer of data outside the European Union or to an international organization under public international law or consisting of two or more countries, such as the UN, as well as regarding the security measures taken by the data controller to protect the data.

CONSERVATION PERIOD

Data are processed and retained for the time required by the purposes for which they were collected.

  • Data collected for purposes related to the performance of a contract will be retained until the performance of that contract is completed.
  • Data collected for purposes related to the legitimate interest of the data controller will be retained until that interest is satisfie

When processing is based on consent, the controller may retain personal data longer until that consent is revoked. In addition, the controller may be obliged to retain data for a longer period in compliance with a legal obligation or by order of an authority.

This purpose provides that data, collected and/or produced by the owner, can be subject to analysis and profiling so as to provide a better experience for the data subject. Communications are more relevant and it becomes possible to receive dedicated promotions and information.
Personal data, only with explicit consent, are processed for the following purposes:

  • Defense in court
    The personal data of the data subject may be used by the data controller in court or in the preparatory stages of its possible establishment for defense against abuse in the use of applications and related services by the data subject. The data subject declares that he/she is aware that the holder may be obliged to disclose the data by order of public authorities.

    Upon request, in addition to the information contained in this privacy policy, the owner may provide the data subject with additional and contextual disclosures regarding specific services, or the collection and processing of personal data.
  • System logs and maintenance

Where changes affect processing whose legal basis is consent, the owner will re-collect consent from the data subject, if necessary.
